Our Forging plant is spread in 10000 sq meters near the capital of India. As a major manufacturing unit in the forging process, Unispares India strives to deliver the best quality products with excellent durability. To achieve this, we have the latest equipment in place and a skilled workforce dedicated to the forging parts manufacturing process. Additionally, the forging process we employ is the ultimate solution for applications that require high performance and safety features. There is a wide range of metals that can be forged, including carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. Soft metals such as aluminum and brass are also forged depending on their use. The basic concept of the process involves plastically deforming metal into desired shapes, resulting in improved resistance and strength.


Precision Machining

Precision Machining is a process that removes excess raw material from the work component, while holding close tolerance finishes, creating the final product. In an easy sense, it’s shaping the large piece into the precise part, so that it can be made according to the exact specifications provided. Unispares India has been manufacturing parts and components for agricultural machines, construction machines, industrial machines, and automotives.

Moreover, the process of precision machining involves an array of machines like the process of cutting, milling, turning, and electrical discharge machining, which is performed by CNC (Computer Numerical Control). This process is essential for producing both large and small parts that we use in tractors, Harvester, Cultivator, Roto Seed Drill, Manure Spreader, Rotary Tiller, Excavators, Backhoe, Dragline Excavator, Bulldozers, Graders, Wheel Tractor Scraper, Trenchers, Loaders, Tower Cranes, Pavers, Compactors, Telehandlers, Feller Bunchers, Dump Trucks, Pile Boring Machine, Pile Driving Machine, etc.

Precision Grinding

We have a completely integrated precision grinding facility that offers our customers a rapid turnaround, in both short-run to high-volume production. Moreover, all functions of auto part engineering are executed with a high level of accuracy. In addition, our grinding facility is equipped with modern machines for:

Capacity at Unispares includes metal stamping and fabrication, providing customers with assured competitive and financial advantages. Moreover, our stamping is cost-saving and competitive from a production perspective on new and existing parts. Additionally, it can hold the most critical tolerances.



Slotting machines for horizontal metalworking, vertical metalworking, and universal metalworking support for metal slotting capacity. All slotting activities are undertaken by a trained workforce to assure adherence to defined specifications and required quality standards.

Thread Rolling

Our thread rolling process produces parts & components with greater strength due to the cold working, thread pitch, and better material yield. The integrated manufacturing facility is equipped for consistent threading and for high production and repeatability.


With the quality of a weld joint is a critical aspect, our welding section meets rigid specifications to deliver products as desired. As prime support to the success of product design and a crucial part of product fabrication, our welding capacity includes:

Heat Treatment

Our heat treatment facilities are self-sufficient for most of the specific heat treatment needs in accordance with the requirements. All products being heat-treated are checked & inspected at all levels of the process to ensure that the final product confirms the specifications. The heat treatment unit has Unispares supports:

Surface Coating

We have full-service surface coating facilities for providing high-quality rust-free parts and components. All the surface coating & processes are done in accordance with ISO DIN or any other desire standards. The capacity encompasses:
