We had faced many challenges in the past two decades, being the leading manufacturer of technical parts with CNC and conventional machining. But the pandemic COVID-19 was one of the most challenging for us. It impacted not only us but all our high-caliber employees. We manufacture forged and machined parts for our clients and export them in foreign countries and have a skilled and experienced workforce, which have the major contribution and are our strength. The pandemic has probably changed the way we see the world today. And similarly coping with the situation is keeping one self-focused in work is also a big challenge.
Yet amid the tragedy and uncertainty during Coronavirus ran a strong undercurrent of hope among our employees. Individuals and communities responded with empathy and strength. Unispares India, despite many staring down the barrel of layoffs, furloughs, and shutdowns, took fast action to protect their workers’ health and safety, establish essential services, and deploy workforce strategies to support workers in real-time. By taking care of our employees during such a crisis situation, we were constantly working and moving forward on our scheduled work and trying our best to meet all the deadlines.
We propose a more human-centered rewiring of the relationships between the individual employee and the organization, building more close relationships to understand their physical as well as the mental situation. COVID-19 has reinforced our conviction that human concerns are not separate from technological advances at all, but integral for organizations like ours, looking to capture the full value of the technologies.
As organizations looked to adapt their ways of working in response to the crisis, have found that, in many parts of the world, technology was not the greatest challenge, rather standing with your indispensable staff in thick and thin is the greatest of responsibility and that what makes even the workforce have their faith on us. They helped us sail through this difficult time and we are proud to say that we meet all our targets and deadlines on time with our motivated and determined workforce. COVID-19 reminded us that employees are aggravated at the highest levels when they can connect their work contributions to a greater purpose and mission.
